How the service works and other frequently asked questions

Q. Are there any other charges for the service after paying the monthly or annual subscription?
A. There are no other charges to pay at all after you join.

Q. How do I access the tips and analysis?
A. On joining the service you will be given a pin number   which is unique to each individual client, so you just call our local-rate phone number and when prompted by the recorded message, enter your pin number which then connects you to all that days analysis and information on whether we are having a bet.

Q. Is it a premium-rate phone service where I will be charged per minute?
A. No, our phone line is a local rate charged number.

Q. How much do you advise betting on each selection?
A. Obviously not everyone has the same level of funds available to them, so we advise clients on a points per bet basis, that being a normal 1 point bet, we occasionally advise a 2 point bet where we feel the value is sufficient in the bet to double the stake, and then we have a maximum 4 point bet, the maximum bet is advised when everything is in our favour and the price of the horse is much higher than our internal book indicates it should be.

Q. How many bets do the team have per week and do you ever have a bet and not advise it to clients on the line?
A. Easy one to answer, we are professional betting advisors and work for our clients best interests AT ALL TIMES. We advise all bets to our clients on Winnerform before we place our own bets with bookmakers or the exchanges, therefore avoiding the situation where the price collapses before clients can get their bets on. We advise clients to have a bet only when we are having the same bet ourselves. On average we would have between 1 and 3 bets per week. Sometimes maybe not having a bet at all if no suitable opportunity arose, and our activity is always greater during the higher quality meetings.

Q. Do the team advise bets on odds-on chances?
A. We never bet odds-on in any circumstance and therefore we would never advise an odds-on bet to our clients.

Q. Would you advise opening accounts with several bookmakers and betting exchanges?
A. We would strongly advise you to open accounts with several bookmakers and at least betfair from the exchanges. This gives you more options when trying to get the best prices and also several bookmakers offer a financial reward (e.g. £50 free bet). Etc. We have the links to join some of the biggest bookmakers on our website, just click on the logos to open accounts and receive the rewards. We like to take everything we can from bookmakers particularly when it’s something for nothing!

Q. Are there any occasions where you would cancel someones pin number?
A. Yes, we have a sophisticated computerised telephone system, which highlights any unusual occurrences regarding the use of our pin numbers and if we found that someone was passing on any information to a non-client, we would immediately suspend that pin numbers access to all information. This enables us to protect our clients exclusivity to our valuable information.
