Enclosures

Attending live horse racing events is indeed quite interesting even when you are not an avid horse racing fan. The festivity and excitement is just too good to miss. Before you visit a racecourse and enjoy horse racing events, you must first understand the different enclosures available at most racecourses and pick the best one according to your needs.
If you plan on enjoying a nice – rather casual – day while enjoying horse races, the best enclosure to pick is of course the Silver Ring. It is usually situated alongside the course or within the course circle, perfect for picnics as well. Aside from being able to enjoy horse races up close, you also don’t need to worry about dress codes; a simple combination of shirt and jeans will do.
If you want to get a better view of the event, you may want to upgrade to the Grandstand. It is situated a little further from the course offering better view of the racing event. You may have to use binoculars if you want to view the horses in detail before the start, but you can surely enjoy the race without one as well. The only downside is that you need to dress formally in order to access the Grandstand.
Last but not least, we have member’s area or also known as Club enclosures. A lot of added amenities including a buffet and luxurious interior setting are offered, allowing you to enjoy the race even more without hassle.
